Brewers Notes

Like a slumbering bear this Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels for nine months before moving into port barrels for another few months of rest. We added a kiss of orange peel, copious amounts of cacao nibs and Handlebar Coffee from right here in Santa Barbara. This beer is a nod to our new family at Epic Brewing, but created with just the right touches to keep it Uniquely Californian.
